Validity is hiring a Full Stack AI Software Engineer I in Boston. You will build production-ready, full-stack features and work with agentic AI systems to ship AI-powered capabilities. You will balance multiple projects, perform rigorous code reviews, and learn rapidly in a fast-paced environment with senior engineers.

The role requires a BS in CS, a 4.0 GPA, and internship or project experience. On-site presence is required Tue–Thu in Boston, MA; remote work is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science from a top CS program.
• GPA of 4.0 or higher.
• At least one software internship or demonstrable project showing depth.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and SQL.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI coding tools effectively.
• Strong code review instincts and systems design fundamentals.
• Hybrid office-based presence in Boston, MA (Financial District).

Responsibilities
