Job summary

Validity in Boston is seeking a Full Stack AI Software Engineer I to build production-ready features using React, TypeScript, and SQL. You will work with agentic AI tools, review AI-generated code, and collaborate across multiple projects to maintain velocity.

A strong CS degree with a 4.0 GPA and prior internships or demonstrable projects are required. Hybrid in-office schedule in Boston (Tue–Thu) with in-person collaboration.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science from a top 30 CS program
• GPA 4.0
• At least one software engineering internship at a technology company, or a portfolio of demonstrable projects showing engineering depth
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and SQL
• Demonstrated ability to use AI coding tools effectively – you already build with agents
• Strong code review instincts – you read code critically and catch issues others miss
• Excellent fundamentals in systems design and data structures
• Ability to work a hybrid office-based position (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) in the team's Boston, MA office.

About the Role

We're building the next generation of email marketing tools at Validity. AI is central to how we build – we develop with agents daily – and to what we build, shipping AI-powered features that help our customers succeed.

We're looking for a Full Stack AI Software Engineer I with exceptional fundamentals, sharp instincts, and the drive to build production software from day one. This is a hybrid office-based position that requires in-person presence in the team's Boston, MA (Financial District) office location on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays of each week. This role is not eligible for remote work or relocation.

Base salary range$100,000 - $120,000, plus benefits, bonus opportunities and stock options. Final salary may vary depending on skills, location, and/or experience.#LI-Hybrid
