Job summary

C3 AI is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to design, develop, and deploy production AI-driven applications on the C3 AI Platform, working directly with customers to translate requirements into scalable demos and solutions.

Responsibilities include full-stack development, mentoring, design reviews, testing, training, documentation, risk mitigation, and close collaboration with product and engineering to improve software quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or comparable field.
• 2+ years of professional software development with object-oriented programming languages.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work effectively on a cross-functional team.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy full-stack, AI-based enterprise applications on the C3 AI Platform.
• Mentor junior team members; share coding standards and design techniques.
• Conduct design and code reviews of customer software applications.
• Test and enhance customer applications; troubleshoot and improve software.
• Deliver technical enablement through product demonstrations and training sessions.
• Write documentation and technical artifacts.
• Identify and mitigate risk through proactive planning and customer-focused mitigations.
• Drive product improvement by collaborating with product management and engineering.
