Job summary

Enterprise Knowledge (EK) is hiring a full-time Full Stack AI Developer to join our Enterprise Delivery team. You will bridge software engineering with Generative AI to design and deploy end-to-end solutions for data-driven organizations.

You’ll work on intelligent search interfaces and agentic AI systems, collaborating with data experts and business users. This hybrid role is based near Arlington, VA, with on-site presence 3 days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 2–5 years of software development experience.
• Experience building and optimizing RAG pipelines and NLP on unstructured data.
• Proficiency in Python (preferred) or Java for backend, and modern JS frameworks (React/TypeScript).
• Familiarity with SQL and data modeling.
• Git and Agile delivery experience.
• Ability to leverage Generative AI to accelerate SDLC and create ADRs, code, tests, and docs.
• Strong communication to explain technical ideas to clients.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend microservices (Python) and frontend UI (React/Vue).
• Contribute to agentic AI solutions, including orchestration patterns and memory/retrieval integration.
• Design and operate end-to-end RAG workflows and embedding strategies.
• Build and optimize data pipelines for structured and unstructured content.
• Integrate AI components with semantic layers and knowledge graphs.
• Develop middleware and content tagging for seamless search experiences.
• Collaborate with data experts and business users to communicate insights.
