Job summary

LCG Inc. is seeking a Full Stack Developer / AI Engineer – Associate to support NIH with Azure OpenAI, LLMs, RAG, and modern full-stack tech.

You will design Generative AI apps, chatbots, and automation tools to improve internal NIH processes such as policy analysis and meeting scheduling. You will build React front-ends, FastAPI backends, and vector-database powered retrieval, while aligning with federal IT security and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of AI or ML experience in real-world solutions.
• Experience with Azure Cloud and Azure OpenAI services.
• Experience building AI-powered apps using LLMs and Generative AI.
• Strong Python skills; front-end with React.

Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack AI applications using React front-ends and Python APIs.
• Design and implement FastAPI services connecting LLMs to enterprise apps.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines with vector databases.
• Develop AI chatbots and automation tooling for NIH-related workflows.
• Collaborate with NIH stakeholders and ensure security/compliance.
• Create technical docs, tests, and training materials.
