Job summary

Overfly, a Berlin-based partner for applied AI, is seeking a hands-on engineer to lead full-stack development in enterprise contexts. You will shape products, own key features, and contribute to strategic decisions while receiving real equity in the products built.

You’ll work in a small team with freedom to explore side projects, enjoy a 4-day work week, and participate in an optional earnings share and performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of full-stack development experience (React, Node, TypeScript).
• Experience leading at least one major project.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to turn ideas into working products.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through production-ready apps.
• Select tech stack and tools for each project.
• Build front-end and back-end solutions primarily with TypeScript.
• Integrate AI solutions using LangChain, OpenAI, Vertex AI and Azure AI.
• Collaborate with designers, researchers, and users to build useful products.
• Communicate with clients to clarify goals and expectations.

• Validating technologies through practical, real-world testing.
