Job summary

Intone Inc. seeks a Full Stack AI Engineer for a contract role based in Malvern, PA. The position focuses on designing, building, and optimizing AI-driven tools to streamline CI/CD pipelines. You will work with Product Owners to identify pain points, evaluate ROI, and deliver high-impact solutions.

Responsibilities include removing deployment bottlenecks, scaling an AI client assistant to reduce tickets, diagnosing complex issues, and performing full-stack development across the platform.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with AWS Bedrock and Anthropic models.
• Robust Python development skills with a full-stack mindset.
• Deep AWS cloud knowledge, including ECS deployment, Lambda, and API Gateway security.
• Solid understanding of database architecture and query bottleneck diagnosis.

You will work closely with Product Owners to identify engineering pain points, evaluate return on investment, and deliver high-impact solutions.

• Partner with Product Owners to identify deployment bottlenecks and build custom AI tools that maximize operational return on investment.
• Improve and scale an AI client assistant to proactively resolve customer issues and decrease support ticket volume.
• Diagnose and resolve complex system issues, including identifying and optimizing slow database queries.
• Conduct full-stack development and troubleshooting across the platform.
