As a senior full-stack developer at Booz Allen, you’ll build intuitive user experiences, robust APIs, scalable back-end services, and agent orchestration workflows. You’ll collaborate with cyber operators, AI engineers, architects, and product teams to translate complex red team processes into reliable, observable, and governed agentic capabilities. You’ll help design how agents reason over mission context, select approved tools, coordinate tasks, maintain state, and adapt to results. You’ll also implement safeguards such as authorization boundaries, human approval points, comprehensive audit logging, and failsafe controls to ensure agent actions remain explainable and within authorized scope. You’ll apply modern AI and software architecture patterns to adversary emulation planning, workflow orchestration, operational visibility, results analysis, and continuous capability evaluation. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
