Description

Overview/Function: The Route Driver plays a key role in the sales process of Atlantic Coca-Cola Bottling Company products, making timely deliveries to various customer locations. This position operates as a full-service route, assisting in unloading trucks, setting out or rotating new products, and adjusting point-of-sale displays. The role offers a 4-day work week.

Major Responsibilities

• Follow work orders and SOPs to deliver products along designated routes.
• Comply with all DOT laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
• Unload vehicles at customer sites, stock shelves, build displays, and manage unsold goods.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at customer locations.
• Represent the company professionally, maintaining a neat appearance and excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Class A CDL with air brakes (assistance provided to obtain).
• No more than 2 moving violations and no OWIs in the past five years.
• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
• Ability to read, follow directions, and adhere to safety protocols.
• Customer-focused, team-oriented, adaptable, and reliable.
• Some computer experience is helpful.
• Regular attendance and reliable transportation are essential.
