1 Tom Plumber of Tampa Bay is seeking a Service Plumber with extensive emergency plumbing experience to join a fast-growing team serving both commercial and residential properties in the Tampa Bay area.

The role requires at least six years of technical plumbing experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to work on-call as part of a 24/7 emergency service. Training and competitive compensation are provided based on experience and performance.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Respond quickly and effectively to emergency plumbing and drain service calls, including nights and weekends as part of an on-call rotation.
• Provide exceptional customer service by listening to client concerns, diagnosing issues, and offering effective solutions.
• Perform high-quality work on a variety of plumbing issues, including repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain communication with dispatch throughout the day to ensure efficient scheduling and service.
• Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and stocked with necessary equipment and tools.
• Participate in team meetings and provide feedback to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
• Be the team player that everyone enjoys working with – dependable, positive, and professional.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Six or more years of plumbing experience. Compensation will reflect skill and expertise.
• Work Ethic: Able to generate a minimum of $35,000 in monthly revenue when given the tools and opportunities.
• Customer Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Skills & Knowledge: Familiarity with plumbing systems, tools, and techniques, as well as a commitment to learning and growing.
