Job summary

Dunn Tire & Auto is seeking a Customer Sales Advisor in the United States to be the first point of contact for customers, helping them select tires and services while delivering a standout experience.

You will educate customers on pricing, warranties, and product benefits, and collaborate with technicians to ensure smooth operations. If you enjoy problem solving and selling, this is the role for you.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales, retail, or customer service experience (automotive experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with customers.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer proficiency with experience using point-of-sale systems (or willingness to learn).
• A valid driver’s license.
