Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Cash handling, sales, customer service; banking preferred.
• Knowledge: English literacy and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers quickly, accurately, and confidentially per service standards.
• Identify customer needs and expand relationships with referrals.
• Process transactions for savings and checking accounts.
• Open new deposit accounts and handle stop payments or wires within limits.
