Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking cooks for a full scratch kitchen at Ivy Park at La Jolla in San Diego, CA. Shifts run Tuesday through Saturday, 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM, offering a competitive $19.00–$21.00 hourly pay rate and benefits.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years on a fast-paced line, a passion for hospitality, and a strong desire to learn and grow with the team. Health screenings and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Line cook experience in a Full Scratch Kitchen or Restaurant.
• 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep line.
• Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate dishes in a full scratch kitchen.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and consistency.
• Work collaboratively with residents, families, and team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
