Job summary

Advocate Health invites an experienced OB/GYN to join One Health’s physician-led model across seven Charlotte-area sites. You’ll provide full-scope obstetric and gynecologic care with a strong mentorship framework and surgical guidance.

Office hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with 24/7 internal backup call coverage and EPIC EMR. The role emphasizes clinician joy and long-term satisfaction in a nationally recognized organization that leverages advanced tools like DAX Copilot to streamline notes

Qualifications

• Board eligible or board certified in OB/GYN.
• Active medical license in good standing.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope OB/GYN care across multiple sites.
• Collaborate with a provider-led team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Engage in mentorship and surgical guidance to junior physicians.
