Job summary

One Health is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified OB/GYN to join a provider-led, integrated organization in the Charlotte area. The position emphasizes full-scope obstetrics and gynecology, with strong mentorship and a sustainable call model, as part of a physician-led group partnered with Advocate Health.

The role offers a supportive team structure, 8am-5pm office hours, 24/7 backup call coverage, and access to Epic EMR and DAX Copilot to streamline documentation and patient care.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN.
• Experience with evidence-based medicine and commitment to patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope OB/GYN care with a supportive team.
• Engage in meaningful patient relationships and long-term care.
• Participate in 24/7 internal backup call coverage and weekday office hours.
• Utilize EPIC EMR and DAX Copilot for efficient documentation and workflow.
