Job summary

Ob Hospitalist Group is offering an OB/GYN physician role in a Full Scope Clinic-Call Hybrid in Kentucky. The position features a Fly-In/Fly-Out model, 5-on/10-off scheduling, and on-call duties with lodging provided.

You’ll care for obstetrics and gynecology patients in clinics connected to partner hospitals and oversee Nurse Practitioners. Travel expenses are covered and compensation is competitive, with a comprehensive benefits package and retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible OB/GYN with full-scope experience.
• Ability to provide clinic and hospital-based care.
• Willingness to participate in on-call duties.
• Able to work in a hybrid clinic-call model.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope OB/GYN care in outpatient clinics and inpatient settings.
• Oversee Nurse Practitioners and collaborate with hospital teams.
• Cover clinic M-F with block 5, 24-hour shifts and 10, 8-hour clinic shifts.
• Be within a 20-minute drive when on-call; lodging is provided.
