Job summary

VAMC in Oklahoma City is seeking a fellowship-trained Interventional Radiologist for full-time coverage. The physician will perform full-scope IR procedures, including arterial/venous interventions, under a standard Monday–Friday schedule with expected credentialing completion within 8–10 weeks.

Requirements include Board Certification, BLS, ACLS, DEA, and MRI/fluoroscopy safety competency. The position covers 1 year with 4 option years, at a salary range of $910,000–$930,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Interventional Radiology required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• DEA license required.
• Fellowship trained in Interventional Radiology.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-scope Interventional Radiology procedures per ACR guidelines.
• Provide arterial and venous diagnostic and interventional procedures (PTA, stents, thrombolysis, embolization, TIPS, thrombectomy, filters, catheter placements).
• Ensure MRI and fluoroscopy safety compliance and moderate sedation as needed.
