Heartstrings Pet Hospice in California offers in-home euthanasia, hospice and palliative care with compassionate family support. This private, family-owned practice focuses on unhurried appointments and work-life balance for veterinarians.

As an in-home veterinarian, you will provide end-of-life care in clients' homes across Sacramento area, Roseville, Elk Grove, and surrounding communities, with flexible full-time or part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/BVMS degree required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to work independently in a mobile environment.
• Weekend availability on a rotational basis.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home euthanasia with compassionate care.
• Offer hospice and palliative care services in clients' homes.
• Conduct quality-of-life consultations for pets.
• Provide compassionate family support during end-of-life care.
• Maintain unhurried appointments and flexible scheduling.
