Heartstrings Pet Hospice is seeking an In-Home Veterinarian to provide compassionate end-of-life care in patients' homes across Fremont, Union City, Newark, Pleasanton, San Jose, Milpitas and surrounding areas.

As a private, family-owned practice, we offer unhurried appointments, flexible full-time and part-time schedules, generous bonus opportunities, mentorship, and a supportive leadership team focused on work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Licensed veterinarian (DVM/VMD/BVMS) with current credentials.
• Ability to work independently in a mobile home-based environment.
• Weekend availability on a rotational basis.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
