Noble West Animal Hospital is proud to serve Noblesville, IN, and surrounding areas. We are dedicated to providing the highest level of veterinary medicine along with friendly, compassionate service.

We believe in treating every patient as if they were our own pet and giving them the same loving attention and care. We are a group of highly trained, experienced animal lovers who are devoted to giving our patients the best care possible.

Position Purpose:

Noble West Animal Hospital in Noblesville, IN is growing and we want you to join our team!

Doctors at Noble West are supported by an experienced support staff that includes an RVT and multiple experienced assistants. We work with one another every day and have formed an extremely cohesive, caring, and welcoming environment; after all, we spend a lot of time together! Our practice utilizes up-to-date technology and equipment such as dental radiology, ultrasound, in-house labs and more! All this so you can practice your best medicine.

We welcome DVMs of all experience levels! For any new graduates, we have a strong mentorship program that will be customized to your learning style. We see mostly dogs and cats with the occasional exotic pet. And we welcome anyone with interest in soft tissue surgery and dentistry as well!

All we ask of our new doctor is that you're compassionate, understanding, and reliable; most of our clients are kind, easy-going, and receptive. Because we all value time outside of work with family and friends, we have no on call expectations.

About the area:

Noblesville is a charming and spacious suburb of Indianapolis. We have nationally recognized schools, gorgeous parks, and vibrant downtown culture. Our town is consistently ranked as one of the best places to live in Indiana! The downtown area has some excellent shops and restaurants, and the town square becomes vibrant with holiday celebrations. Less than a 45-minute drive gets you into downtown Indianapolis where you can enjoy even more attractions, culture, and adventures.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Examine and treat companion animals to detect and determine the nature of disease or injuries.
  • Operate diagnostic equipment and collect diagnostic samples as well as interpret results.
  • Advise pet owners on preventative care and treatment options.
  • Perform surgery and prescribe medication as needed.
  • Provide counsel around pet end of life care.
  • Maintain patients’ medical records.
  • Ensure compliance with veterinary ethics and relevant statutes, policies, and procedures.
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from an accredited AVMA institution.
  • Appropriate state licensure.
  • Eligibility to obtain DEA/BNDD.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrates professional and courteous presentation consistently with staff and clients.
  • Ability to lift patients and carry equipment up to 25 pounds; ability to lift patients or carry equipment over 25 pounds with assistance.
