**Job Description**

The Full Motion Video (FMV) Analyst positions at BAE Systems provide employees with hands-on FMV training for all intelligence disciplines, advanced skills certification, and rapid job promotion into instructor, subject matter expert, and management positions. Our team supports critical missions that protect the nation, our freedom, and our families. We are seeking candidates eager to be trained in FMV and join the future BAE Systems Intelligence & Security Program. BAE Systems is a leader in FMV exploitation, and we are looking for individuals ready to start an exciting intelligence career supporting a global counterterrorism mission.

The Role:
  1. Learn FMV tradecraft through a three-week formal training course, followed by on-the-job training that provides specialized instruction in FMV tradecraft, exploitation tools, and cultural familiarization.
  2. Produce imagery-derived graphic products and reports for distribution.
  3. Compile intelligence materials for briefings to high-level government personnel.
  4. Input data accurately, exploit FMV collected by sensors on ISR platforms, apply all-source information to imagery analysis, and use electronic light tables for NTM imagery exploitation.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
  • 5 years of intelligence analysis experience, including 3 years in FMV or imagery analysis; OR 3 years of FMV or imagery analysis experience plus an associate/bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Completion of a formal Intelligence school course (typically 2 months full-time), resulting in an Intelligence MOS from the military (e.g., All-Source, IMINT, SIGINT, HUMINT).
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Maintain situational awareness during high-tempo operations and relay real-time intelligence.
  • Ability to prioritize and solve routine tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to prepare and deliver briefings with visual displays.
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and critical thinking skills.
  • Type 32 words per minute without looking at the keyboard, with 90% accuracy.
  • Familiarity with FMV operations and the TCPED process.
  • Ability to discern red, green, blue, and yellow colors accurately on video screens.
  • Successful completion of the customer FMV training course or completion within the last year.
  • Attain and maintain FMV analyst qualifications at the required skill levels.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:
  • Experience with MAAS, NES, RemoteView, SOCET GXP, ArcGIS, IEC.
  • Background in counterterrorism analysis.
  • Previous FMV operations and TCPED process experience.
  • FMV instructor or training experience.
  • GPC Program certifications.
  • Experience exploiting video footage and understanding sensor capabilities.
  • Experience with NTM imagery and building target packets.
Pay Information:

Full-Time Salary Range: $77,809 - $132,275. Compensation depends on various factors including skills, education, experience, and market conditions.
