Job summary

NorthHill Technology Resources LLC in Fairfax, Virginia seeks a Contract Administrator with an active Top Secret clearance w/ SCI eligibility to support the full lifecycle of federal government contracts from proposal development to closeout.

The ideal candidate will work with internal teams and external customers to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and drive successful program execution, leveraging knowledge of FAR/DFARS and intelligence community supplements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business Administration is required.
• Understanding of FAR and DFARS and intelligence community supplements is essential.
• Experience with federal government contracting regulations and contract lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of contract administration from pre-award activities through contract closeout.
• Establish and maintain interface with internal teams, government customers, prime contractors and external customers.
• Review, analyze and negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and business objectives.
• Review and evaluate RFPs, solicitations, and related acquisition documents to identify contractual requirements, risks, and compliance obligations.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate compliant proposal submissions in response to government solicitations, ensuring alignment with requirements and deadlines.
• Monitor contract performance (cost, schedule, performance, deliverables).
• Coordinate contract closeout activities to ensure all obligations, documentation, deliverables, and administrative requirements are completed.
