Job summary

Full Life Care, a Transforming Age affiliate in Everett, WA, seeks a Home Care Supervisor to oversee and support a team delivering in-home services. You will recruit, orient, and supervise aides, schedule training, and ensure quality care for clients in a fast-paced environment.

You will develop individualized care plans, monitor adherence to agency standards, and coordinate with clients, families, and the care team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a health or social service setting.
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and assist with client mobility as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee interviewing, orientation, and performance management of home care aides.
• Provide direct supervision, including scheduling, training, and conflict resolution.
• Develop and update individualized home care service plans.
• Ensure aide compliance with care plans and agency standards.
• Monitor a caseload of clients receiving long-term in-home care services.
• Maintain communication with clients, caregivers, case managers, and the care team.
• Conduct on-site visits and annual evaluations of direct care staff.
• Ensure compliance with electronic visit verification, timekeeping, and documentation procedures.
• Assist clients, families, and informal supports with empathy and professionalism.
• Travel locally for reviews and client/home visits.
