What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead client intake calls to assess client needs and discuss the recruitment process
- Develop and implement recruiting plans to source and screen candidates for direct-hire positions
- Conduct thorough reference checks and manage the flow of candidates to meet production standards
- Partner with business development teams to generate new business opportunities and client relationships
- Ensure compliance with all legal and company standards in the recruitment process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or 2-4 years of business experience in a related field
- Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and candidates
- Ability to manage multiple recruiting resources and maintain candidate pipelines
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws related to recruiting and placement
- Proficiency in maintaining confidential information regarding candidates and clients

- Familiarity with CRM systems and invoicing processes
