• Supports the implementation of planned lessons, play-based learning centers, and small group activities for all students.
• Reinforces foundational academic, social-emotional, and developmental skills as directed by the classroom teacher.
• Organizes, prepares, and sets up instructional and sensory materials for daily classroom activities.
• Assists the teacher in observing students and administering routine Pre-K screenings or assessments.
• Guides students through the full-day schedule, including arrival, transitions, outdoor play, rest time, and dismissal.
• Promotes healthy habits during full-day routines, including meals, snacks, independent handwashing, and self-care.
• Maintains confidentiality and professional boundaries in all interactions and settings.
• Engages in continuous professional growth in early childhood and inclusive education practices.
