Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Proven ability to hire for technical and non-technical roles and leadership positions.
• Strategic and operational mindset with ability to influence executives and managers.
• Expert knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruiting tools, and hiring best practices.
• Data-driven approach with tracking and improving key hiring metrics.
• Experience building structured interview processes and high-volume pipelines.
• Excellent organizational skills, autonomy, and proactive mindset.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer and handoff.
• Evaluate technical and non-technical skills and cultural fit with BRINC’s mission.
• Partner with executives and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and market trends.
• Lead initiatives to improve talent acquisition, including diversity hiring and employer branding.
• Proactively build and maintain a pipeline for current and future roles.
• Use data to track recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with People Operations to support talent planning and onboarding.
• Adapt to a fast-paced culture.
