You will partner with hiring managers, craft engaging postings, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews and offers, including onboarding. The position emphasizes candidate experience and compliance in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently graduated in HR, business, or psychology.
• Knowledge of recruiting laws and recordkeeping.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Strong organization and multitasking in fast-paced env.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from opening to offer.
• Partner with managers to define requirements and timelines.
• Develop engaging, inclusive job postings.
• Screen candidates via phone, video, and in-person interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and hiring decisions.
• Extend offers in coordination with HR.
• Maintain proactive communication with candidates throughout process.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding.
