Job summary

Project HOME is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter in Philadelphia. This full-time role partners with hiring managers to lead end-to-end recruitment for diverse programs, building pipelines and delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

The position offers a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite / 2 days remote after 90 days) and a salary range of $63,031–$74,154 per year based on education and experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of substantive Recruiting/Talent Acquisition experience.
• Ability to independently manage multiple concurrent searches and changing priorities.
• Strong experience partnering directly with hiring managers and leaders.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruiting technology, reporting, and analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, from intake to disposition.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified and diverse talent.
• Build and maintain active and future talent pipelines.
• Assess candidates for qualifications, organizational fit, motivation, and alignment with the organization's mission.
