Job summary

Behavioral Consulting of Tampa Bay (BCOTB) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the HR team in Brandon, FL. You will lead full-cycle recruiting for clinical and administrative roles, build college and community partnerships, and help with onboarding and HRIS tasks.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and relationship-driven, capable of independent work, with strong judgment and communication skills. Occasional local travel to BCOTB clinics and events is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in talent acquisition or HR.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for clinical and administrative roles.
• Develop relationships with colleges, universities and community partners.
• Coordinate interviews, offers and pre-employment requirements.
• Support onboarding, HR documentation, HRIS administration, and compliance.
• Maintain recruiting records and communicate progress to leadership.
