The role involves campus event representation, coordinating with HR tools, and advising on offers and negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; or an Associate's degree with 5 years direct HR experience.
• Willing to use a personal vehicle for occasional travel; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Experience with ATS, HRIS, and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or aPHR credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute Full Cycle Recruiting from sourcing to offer, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Represent the Organization at Campus Events: attend on-site campus job fairs and community events.
• Utilize Recruitment Tools: use the ATS, HRIS, and LinkedIn Recruiter to source candidates for various positions.
• Conduct Interviews: hold virtual screening interviews and refer qualified candidates to hiring managers.
