Job summary

Monroe and Weisbrod is seeking a motivated sales recruiter to source psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners for hospital and clinic partners. You will lead daily outreach, qualify candidates, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to placement.

You will join a growth-focused, training-driven team with a structured onboarding program, competitive bonus plans, and opportunities to work remotely some weeks while primarily operating in the Austin area.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales experience in a commission-based role (healthcare staffing a plus).
• Able to make 65 cold calls per day and overcome objections.
• Proactive, organized, and goal-driven with a bias for action.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of behavioral health providers through outreach and sourcing.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to candidate placement with hospital/clinic partners.
• Qualify, screen, and negotiate terms; drive interview scheduling and onboarding.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
