Dexian is partnering with a client seeking an Accountant or Full-Charge Bookkeeper with non-profit sector experience to manage end-to-end bookkeeping for a small firm that supports a diverse portfolio of clients. This role requires a hands-on professional who can handle multiple sets of books, ensure accuracy across all financial records, and deliver timely reporting.

The position offers variety and autonomy in a fast-paced environment, with exposure to diverse industries.

Qualificações

• 3+ years experience as Full-Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and bookkeeping principles.
• Outsourced accounting firm experience preferred
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations for all client accounts.
• Prepare and post journal entries, maintain general ledgers, and ensure accurate financial records.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for clients.
• Oversee client billing and collections processes.
• Handle sales tax filings, 1099 preparation, and other compliance requirements.
