Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain precise financial records using journal entries, QuickBooks Enterprise, and other accounting software
• Generate detailed financial statements and reports for review by management
• Assist in income tax preparation and filing.
• Conduct reconciliations for credit cards and prepare 1099 forms with the help of CPAs
• Execute full charge bookkeeping tasks, including balance sheets and month-end closure
• Perform reconciliations and prepare trial balances for auditing purposes
• Preferred experience in financial accounting and enrolled agent status
• Support year-end closing procedures and collaborate with external auditors
• Utilize accounting software like Qucikbooks Online to enhance operational efficiency
