Job summary

Simon & Schuster US is seeking a Full Case Induction Associate to join the distribution team. You will load cartons onto the induction line, apply labels, and move pallets using reach trucks and pallet jacks, while maintaining safety in a fast-paced warehouse.

Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work overtime. The role runs Monday–Friday, 5:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. Compensation includes standard benefits; starting pay varies by location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to repeatedly lift and move cartons weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to safely operate a reach truck and pallet jack.
• Ability to use an RF scanner and follow work instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Safely load cartons onto the full case induction line to meet daily production requirements.
• Accurately apply labels to cartons, ensuring each label corresponds to the designated work number.
• Operate a reach truck to move pallets to the induction rollers.
• Use a pallet jack to transport pallets and materials within the work area.
• Use an RF scanner to support accurate processing and movement of product.
• Complete assignments accurately and on time.
• Assist with replenishment picking for urgent (ASAP) orders as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleanup at the end of each shift.
• Follow all company safety policies and equipment operating procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support department needs.
