Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to repeatedly lift and move cartons up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for duration of shift.
• Safely operate reach truck and pallet jack.
• Use RF scanner and follow instructions accurately.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
• Flexible to adjust tasks based on workload.
• Overtime availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Load cartons onto the full case induction line to meet daily targets.
• Apply labels to cartons matching the correct work number.
• Operate reach truck to move pallets to induction rollers.
• Transport pallets with pallet jack within the area.
• Use RF scanner to support accurate product processing.
• Complete assignments accurately and on time.
• Assist with replenishment picking for urgent orders.
• Keep work area clean and organized, end of shift cleanup included.
• Follow all safety policies and operating procedures.
• Perform other duties to support department needs.
