Job summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist for a K–12 role in the Steger, IL area. This W-2 position offers full benefits, 401(k) matching, licensure reimbursement, and dedicated recruiter support throughout your assignment.

You will perform evaluations and therapy, develop treatment plans, collaborate with school teams, participate in IEP meetings, and ensure accurate documentation to help students achieve communication goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active Illinois SLP license or ability to obtain is required.
• Illinois PEL (or ability to obtain) is required.
• School-based experience preferred.
• IEP experience preferred.
• CCC-SLP preferred (CFs encouraged to apply if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams.
• Participate in IEP meetings.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
