The Pennsylvania State University is seeking a Full or Associate Professor in Infectious Disease Modeling to support the Center for Infectious Disease Dynamics (CIDD). The role spans cross‑disciplinary teaching, research leadership, and strategic development within the Huck Institutes of the Life Sciences.

Responsibilities

Promote excellence in infectious disease research, teaching, and outreach across the Penn State system.
Lead growth of the CIDD through strategic initiatives and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Mentor early career faculty and supervise training in classroom and experiential settings.
Support strategic financial planning and long-term sustainability of the CIDD.
Engage faculty, postdocs and students to shape the center's future.
