Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in the state of practice.
• Knowledge of federal and state pharmacy regulations.

• Familiarity with pharmacy management systems and automation.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
• Evaluate prescriptions for clinical appropriateness and safety.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Provide clinical oversight to pharmacy technicians during fulfilment.
• Perform final verification prior to shipment or delivery.
• Collaborate with prescribers to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation.
• Monitor inventory and assist with medication management.
• Support quality assurance and continuous improvement efforts.
• Investigate and resolve dispensing issues and errors.
