Job summary

Phase V Fulfillment in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Warehouse Associate to accurately pick and pack orders, verify SKUs, and keep shipments moving. This entry-level role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

You will help with inventory checks, labeling, and staging for carrier pickup, while collaborating with teammates to meet daily targets and maintain a clean, safe warehouse.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs during an 8-hour shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality; this role is time-sensitive.
• Ability to work at a productive pace in a team environment.
• Basic reading and counting skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products from inventory locations based on order details.
• Pack orders according to client-specific requirements and packaging standards.
• Verify item counts, SKUs, and order accuracy before labeling.
• Apply correct shipping labels and documentation to each package.
• Ensure all assigned orders are fulfilled and staged for carrier pickup within daily deadlines.
• Confirm shipments are scanned and tracked in the warehouse management system.
• Flag and escalate discrepancies or damaged goods to a Team Lead.
• Maintain productivity standards and meet daily order targets.
• Complete assigned warehouse projects and communicate status updates to your Team Lead.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area; support end-of-shift cleanup.
