Role Description

The Warehouse Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based at Phase V Fulfillment’s facility in Fort Myers, FL. This role is responsible for receiving, unloading, and accurately storing inventory, as well as picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. Day-to-day tasks include verifying incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining organized storage areas, performing cycle counts, and assisting with inventory control processes. The Warehouse Specialist operates basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, and follows safety and quality procedures to ensure orders are processed correctly and on time. This role collaborates with supervisors and team members to meet daily productivity goals and support a clean, efficient, and secure warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Shipping & Receiving, including verifying orders, processing labels, and preparing shipments.


• Candidates should possess skills in Packing and Unloading to handle products carefully, organize orders, and load/unload trucks or containers.


• Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Control to track stock levels, conduct counts, and maintain accurate records.


• Candidates should possess skills in operating a Pallet Jack and safely moving materials within the warehouse.


• Additional beneficial qualifications include prior warehouse or fulfillment experience, basic computer and scanner proficiency, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift and move packages as required.


• Reliable attendance, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are strongly preferred.
