Job summary

EPE USA is seeking a Fulfillment & Warehouse Operations Specialist to support online order fulfillment, warehouse functions, forklift operation, and production backup in Riverside, CA. You will ensure accurate order processing, safe material handling, timely shipments, and inventory accuracy while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications include 1–3 years in online fulfillment, forklift certification or ability to obtain it, a valid driver's license, and experience with warehouse

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of online fulfillment experience.
• Experience troubleshooting technical equipment and basic mechanical skills.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Experience driving a 16- to 26-foot box truck preferred.
• 1–3 years of warehouse, maintenance, logistics, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily fulfillment metrics including accuracy, productivity, and on-time shipment targets.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time.
• Manage fulfillment of internet orders through various online platforms.
• Assist with building and assembling product.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and replenish picking locations.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Load and unload shipments; organize warehouse inventory.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Assist with production, packaging, and finishing operations.
• Serve as a backup driver for local deliveries using a company box truck/van.
• Complete delivery paperwork and maintain positive customer interactions.
