Job summary

Monroechamber in De Witt, IA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support order processing and shipment fulfillment on the 1st shift (8:00am-4:30pm). You will handle machine orders, verify shipments, and allocate products using a forklift while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading containers, basic assembly of agricultural equipment, and keeping the workspace clean. A strong team player with physical stamina is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for 8 hours per shift.
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs repetitively and 60–75 lbs occasionally.
• Capability to operate and handle materials with hands and fingers precisely.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process and complete small and large machine orders for customers.
• Assist in receiving shipments, verify quantities and quality, and allocate products to proper locations using a fork truck.
• Load and unload shipping containers, LTL trucks, and other shipments.
• Use wood cutting tools (table saw, drills, etc.) to ensure proper packaging of whole goods shipments.
• Occasionally operate overhead crane for loading/unloading trucks.
• Perform light assembly of agricultural machines.
• Maintain efficient fulfillment processes and procedures.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of all outgoing shipments.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
