Job summary

Raw Nutrition is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support wholesale fulfillment with accurate receiving, storage, picking and packing of products. The role emphasizes inventory integrity, safety, and efficient warehouse execution.

You will handle receiving, inspecting shipments, order picking, and loading shipments, while maintaining organized stock and collaborating with the operations team to hit daily shipping deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior warehouse or inventory experience is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand long periods.
• Familiarity with WMS or RF scanners is a plus.
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable work ethic.
• Ability to work fast-paced and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and log shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment per specs.
• Load/unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks.
• Maintain organized inventory and assist with cycle counts.
• Label, sort, and stage merchandise in warehouse locations.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely per safety protocols.
• Keep areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity and deadlines.
• Report damaged goods or equipment issues to supervisor.
