Job summary

Adecco is hiring a Warehouse Associate on a temp-to-hire basis for a Sun Prairie, WI location. The role pays $17.00–$18.00/hour with two shifts: 1st shift from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and 2nd shift from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM, both with unpaid lunch.

Opportunity for permanent employment based on performance and business needs. Responsibilities include pulling orders using RF scanners, packing and labeling, stocking, inventory counts, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse or distribution experience is preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Basic computer skills are preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy required.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Pull customer orders using an RF scanner.
• Pack and prepare orders for shipment.
• Scan and verify products, quantities, and order information.
• Print and apply shipping labels.
• Receive, stock, and put away inventory.
• Perform inventory counts and replenishment.
• Investigate misplaced inventory and report issues to a lead or supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
• Second shift requires flexibility across multiple warehouse areas.
• First shift may offer cross-training opportunities.
