Job summary

Pregis is seeking a Fulfillment Team Lead in Arlington, TX to oversee daily fulfillment operations, coach a production team, and uphold safety, quality, and on-time delivery of printed materials. You’ll coordinate multiple lines and machines, monitor KPIs, and partner with supervisors to optimize staffing, equipment, and workflow while building a high-performing, safe workplace.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily fulfillment operations across multiple production lines and machines
• Ensure production schedules and customer delivery deadlines are achieved
• Coordinate personnel and resources to support efficient workflow
• Monitor staffing levels and labor utilization to maximize productivity
• Ensure production performance meets established KPIs and departmental goals
• Support supervisors in achieving safety, quality, and production objectives
• Assist with shift planning, staffing coverage, and workload distribution
