Pregis is hiring a hands-on Team Lead Fulfillment in Elgin, IL to guide Packers across multiple post-production lines. You will drive production flow, coach team members, and ensure on-time, quality customer orders while supporting continuous improvement and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing, fulfillment, or related experience preferred.
• Leadership, supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to coach and motivate.

Responsibilities

• Lead Packers across multiple post-production lines and manage daily operations.
• Ensure quality and productivity standards; coordinate staffing and breaks.
• Oversee inventory accuracy in SAP and production documentation.
• Promote safety and continuous improvement; maintain 6S and a clean work environment.
