Job summary

Ministry Brands is seeking a Fulfillment Support Specialist in a hybrid role based in Tampa, FL. You will work two days from home and three days in the office, handling tickets, document flows, and account setups while upholding compliance and delivering excellent customer service.

You will collaborate with the team, maintain accurate records, and develop a solid understanding of client guidelines to support efficient operations and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience in verifications, customer support, or a customer-facing role.
• A two-year degree from a college or technical school or equivalent preferred.
• Intermediate level of skill in Office 365 - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Ability to learn and understand basic office software applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization and follow-up skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Work within a variety of software systems to manage tickets and deliver excellent client experiences.
• Manage document flow through digital and physical processes.
• Set up accounts following established procedures.
• Input data and customer orders into multiple programs from sign-up forms.
• Collaborate with teammates to provide timely resolutions to inquiries.

Working Location:

This is a hybrid role based out of our Tampa, FL office. In this role, you will workfrom home2 days per weekand in the office location 3 days per week.

Quarterly Incentive Program

This position is eligible to participate in our quarterly incentive program. Associates in this role may receive bonus payments each quarter in which the Protection division achieves its financial targets. Bonus amounts and eligibility are determined at the company's discretion based on overall business and individual performance.

Whatyou'lldo

• Work within a variety of software systems to manage tickets ensuring an excellent experience to clients.
• Manage document flow through digital and physical resource processes
• Follow processes and procedures to set up accounts.
• Basic data entry inputting data and customer orders as needed into multiple programs from client sign up forms.
• Collaborate with team members to provide resolutions to customer inquiries
• Provide customer feedback to management through regular team meetings to ensure management keeps a pulse on customer needs and attitudes for decision-making purposes
• Provide excellent customer service through a friendly yet empathetic tone, and proactive and timely responses to maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
• Ensureaccurateand prompt turnaround on allrequests
• Provide andmaintainan in-depth working knowledge of allsearchesand client guidelines
• Input thorough andaccuratenotes
• Tracking, routing, and redirecting information to the correct resources
• Understanding employment and volunteer background screening compliance
• Perform all tasks within the regulations and compliance standards of our accreditation

Who you are

• 6+ months of related experiencein verifications, criminal research, customer support, or a customer-facing role
• A two-year degree from a college or technical school or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred
• Intermediate level of skill in Office 365 - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Demonstrated ability to learn and understand basic office software applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication,organizationand follow-up skills
• You have strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work both individually and as a member of a team
• Ability to work effectively and accurately within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
