• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Fulfillment Specialists for property management software integrations and onboarding
• Oversee daily fulfillment processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to standards
• Serve as a liaison between Fulfillment, Implementation, Data Management, and Vendor Partners to align deliverables

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in fulfillment, operations, or implementation, with 2+ years in a leadership role
