Job summary

Millennium is seeking a hands-on Fulfillment Supervisor to own warehouse operations, manage our WMS, enforce safety, maintain the facility, and lead warehouse associates. You will drive timely, accurate receipts and order fulfillment, optimize resources, and implement compliant processes to support Millennium and our clients.

As a Fulfillment Supervisor at Millennium, you'll be the driving force in our supply chain process. This role is uniquely designed for someone who thrives on being hands-on with every aspect of the fulfillment process. You will be responsible for managing our warehouse operations, overseeing our WMS, ensuring safety protocols, maintaining our facility, and leading warehouse associates. In this position, you will handle all functions to ensure timely, accurate product receipts and order fulfillment, optimizing resources and processes as you go. You’ll develop and implement processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and drive initiatives to create an environment focused on efficiency and success for Millennium and our clients.
