Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a dynamic store operations leader to oversee Fulfillment Associates and Team Leads, ensuring on-time completion of Pickup, Curbside, Install, Gig, and Delivery orders.

The role focuses on staffing, workload management, and KPI achievement while maintaining safety and quality across all duties. You will coach teams, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and act as MOD when required, maintaining high service standards and adherence to safety

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required, 3–5 years of retail/operations/fulfillment experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of strong leadership and team development experience, coaching and training associates.
• 1–2 years of problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• 1–2 years of strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• 1–2 years ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to operate power equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks.
• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods; physically able to reach heights.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Fulfillment Associates and Team Leads to drive performance, efficiency, and customer service.
• Oversee staffing, workload, and order flow for Pickup, Curbside, Install, Gig, and Delivery orders.
• Monitor and achieve operational KPIs including SIMS accuracy, shrink reduction, safety, and compliance.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and operational challenges quickly and effectively.
• Conduct daily safety walks and maintain hazard-free staging areas; ensure equipment is operated safely.
• Participate in picking, staging, and fulfilling activities as needed.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment and follow all safety requirements.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty (MOD) when assigned, providing store-wide leadership and ensuring service standards are met.
